SCAC - Standard Carrier
Alpha Code
You will need a SCAC to use this
system. Some carriers do not have a SCAC. If you are one,
please be aware that D&B has assigned you one for the
purpose of using this system. You can obtain your SCAC by
looking for a 4 character code on a recent payment check or
by calling +1 781 829 4500.

Pro or Invoice Number
You will need to know the Pro
Number or Invoice Number under which the bill was processed.
For some carriers this may be more difficult because they
have both a pro and an invoice number. Others may not be
sure if hyphens, dots, or leading zeros are used. If you are
unsure of how we process your bill, please contact us and we
